JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead , Manage and be accountable for handling and storage of all bought out parts, RM , Consumables Imports at store location and , in process at various locations at all stages of Manufacturing at all locations in CEPL Pune till these are converted into Finished Goods
- Effective Management of Inwarding following all related SOPs
- Effective Management of Outsourcing for subcontracting following all related SOPs and traceability
- Effective Management of General Stores at various locations and all related SOPs
- Management of certified and approved Rejections and its Returns to the vendor/originator
- Effective Interaction with Finance and other related departments to ensure that proper documentations are available before booking the invoices and subsequent processing for payments
- Active participation in Inventory Control, Authenticity of Inventory and periodic Stock statements Ensure that all material and Processes are instantly traceable thru following proper SAP protocol
- To follow quality management system IATF 16949
- Management and Accountability of all the Material handling Equipments /Devices , Returnable pallets used by Stores
- Ensure effective 5S systems and Safety during Material Storage and Handling
- Follow and circulate timely MIS related to Materials
- Other Continued support to Finance department as and when needed
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
7-11 years’ Experience.
BE/DME/Graduation.
