Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Zoho Creator Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining business applications using the Zoho platform. The candidate will work closely with business users to automate workflows, build custom applications, integrate Zoho products with third-party systems, and provide ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using Zoho Creator.
• Create forms, reports, dashboards, pages, and workflows.
• Develop responsive applications for web and mobile users.
• Enhance existing applications based on business requirements.
• Perform application upgrades and enhancements.

Workflow Automation

• Automate business processes using Deluge scripting.
• Configure approval workflows, notifications, and scheduled tasks.
• Develop custom validations and business rules.
• Automate email alerts, reminders, and document generation.

Integration

• Integrate Zoho Creator with:
  • Zoho CRM
  • Zoho Books
  • Zoho Inventory
  • Zoho Desk
  • Zoho Analytics
  • Zoho People
• Develop REST API integrations with external applications such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP), payment gateways, logistics providers, and other business applications.
• Import and export data using APIs, webhooks, and CSV files.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide Level-2 application support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and resolve user-reported problems.
• Monitor application performance and optimize workflows.
• Maintain application documentation and user manuals.
• Perform data corrections and periodic maintenance.

Business Analysis

• Gather and understand business requirements.
• Convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Recommend process improvements through automation.
• Coordinate with functional users during development and testing.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implement feedback.

Reporting & Dashboards

• Develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Create management dashboards with KPIs.
• Generate MIS reports and automate report distribution.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
